• Patricia – General Manager: A pillar of the establishment, Patricia oversees its smooth running with rigor and kindness. Always attentive, she ensures the perfect balance between organization and a family atmosphere.

• Delphine – Communications: Creative and dedicated, Delphine highlights the hotel’s universe. She promotes its identity and shares its atmosphere through every detail.

• Blandine – Head Chef & F&B Manager: At the helm of the restaurant L’Impatiens and the food truck L’Affamée, Blandine offers generous and sincere cuisine. Passionate about her work, she turns every plate into a moment of pleasure.

Reception As your first point of contact, the reception sets the tone for your stay.

• Barbara: With us for several years, Barbara knows the hotel perfectly. Welcoming and attentive, she assists every guest with professionalism.

• Emma – Work-study student since 2022: Smiling and dedicated, Emma is fully involved in the hotel’s daily life, bringing energy and freshness every day.

Housekeeping Essential to the comfort of your stay, our chambermaids work with care and precision, often behind the scenes but always with high standards.

• Halima – Executive Housekeeper: With us for many years, Halima is a true pillar. Her experience and attention to detail guarantee spotless rooms.

• Malika & Lamya: Serious and diligent, they contribute daily to maintaining a consistent level of quality.

• Shai – New Recruit: Joining us this year, Shai brings motivation and dedication to the team.

The Kitchen In the kitchen, the team works rigorously to offer a gourmet and authentic experience.

• Maxime – Sous-Chef: Organized and consistent, he supports the Head Chef daily and ensures a smooth service.

• Aurica: Dedicated and hardworking, she actively participates in the kitchen brigade’s work.

• Adelas – Intern: Currently in training, Adelas is discovering the profession with seriousness and curiosity.

• Anna & Lamine – Dishwashing: Essential to the kitchen’s smooth operation, they ensure seamless service behind the scenes.

The Dining Room In the dining room, the team strives to create a warm atmosphere and provide attentive service.

• Lena – Dining Room Manager: Always smiling and attentive, Lena coordinates the service with energy and precision.

• Axel – With us for 3 years: Appreciated for his consistency and sense of service, Axel is a true landmark within the team.

• Elisa – Intern: As an apprentice, Elisa invests herself seriously and discovers the profession day by day.
